Fees

Payments can be made in US $ using any major credit card , or you can make payment in India in Rs. using wire transfer or check payment to our India office.

Our fees do not cover any expenses incurred, including (but not limited to) property tax, property maintenance, registration charges, lawyer fees, notary and other expenses.

Plot Monitor

Rent your property

Charges: We charge a one time fee equivalent to 1 month rent (or Rs.10,000, whichever is higher) (e.g. If expected monthly rent is Rs. 8,000 per month, our one time fee is Rs. 10,000. If expected monthly rent is Rs. 15,000 per month, our one time fee is Rs. 15,000) Read more »

Maintain your property

Charges: We charge a month-to-month fee equivalent to 15% of monthly gross rent of your property for the duration of the agreement. (e.g. If rent is Rs. 10,000 per month, we charge you 15% of Rs.10,000 = Rs. 1500 per month.) Read more »

Buy/Sell your property

Charges: We charge a one time fee equivalent to 1% of value at which your property gets bought/sold. (e.g. If property is bought/sold for Rs. 25,00,000, our one time fee is Rs. 25,000.) Read more »
