• Make sure that the property is safe, clean and well maintained.
• If Property has been rented out then we help in collection of rent from tenants
• Move-in and move-out inspections to identify and record property condition
• Full-time staff to promptly address questions and concerns of both owners and tenants during emergency and maintenance situations
• Recommend repair or cosmetic improvements for maximizing monthly rent (including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, painting, interior, fabrication, gardening)
• Collection of all association fees from unit owners
• Frequent inspection visits to ensure proper maintenance of properties. (we do provide inspection reports too )
• Help you in payment of bills including mortgage, property taxes, utilities, insurance or other bills
• Keep a detailed record of all communications and procedures
• Directory of professional vendors who will quickly respond to emergency and maintenance situations
