House Cleaning Service:

We individualize cleaning services to you and your home. Our cleaning services are thorough, consistent and customized. If you want a special service, just let us know. We'll take care of it. You can schedule for a one time cleaning or regular cleaning (e.g. once every 2 months)

A typical visit includes these services:

All Rooms

Dust ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves. Remove cobwebs. Vacuum carpets. Wash all floors and dry wood floors. Vacuum furniture, including under any cushions. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets, if any.

Kitchen

Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table and chairs. Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks. Clean and sanitize countertops. Clean the range top and refrigerator top and exterior, if any. Clean microwave oven inside and out. Wash floor.

Bathrooms

Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Wash floors and tile walls. Deodorize.

Special house cleaning services are also available.

The price to clean your home is based on many factors. The size of your home and the frequency for cleaning are some of those factors.

Note: We will provide you upfront estimate of work along with our fees (Note that this is an approximate quote and final cost may vary). You then need to provide us email authorization along with advance payment before we start the work.
